Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship within the United Kingdom and internationally. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.

United Kingdom:

• Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) — from £3.99
• Express Shipping (1–2 business days) — from £6.99
• Free Standard Shipping on orders over £60

International:

• Standard International (7–14 business days) — from £9.99
• Express International (3–5 business days) — from £19.99

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs & Duties For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
